TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All our items are shipped with love from the United Kingdom. We take a lot of care when packing your vinyl. We always use special cardboard mailers and remove records from their sleeves where appropriate. And on request for a small fee (£1.5), we can 'super pack' your vinyl records with extra cardboard and bubble wrap, just to be sure. 2. Our service influenced by the 'How To Buy Music on Discogs' guide. If you are placing the order with us for the first time, read it, please. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase that why we recommend reading the guide before placing any orders with us.

3. Our order handling time is up to 3 business days, which includes order picking, inspecting, packing and dispatching process. Usually, all outstanding orders paid by 9 am are picked & packed within 24 business hours and dispatched no later than within 48 business hours after the payment. However, at the busiest times to despatch slower selling titles might take slightly longer. As it requires more time for picking and inspecting. If you are desperate to get the items ASAP and can't wait one or two weeks before the product arrive, please do not place the orders.

4. According to Shipping Courier, International Shipping might take up to a month sometimes. Please, make sure your delivery address on Discogs changed before placing the order. Otherwise, it will be dispatched to the wrong address causing delays. If your order does not arrive within more than 20 working days, don't blame us, please. We dispatch the orders as explained above and delay in your order's delivery caused by nothing else but international postal systems. If you don't get your order by the expected deadline, contact us and we will investigate it with the delivery company. We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the delivery date. All claims must be submitted within 3 months of posting the item.

5. The UK shipping time is up to 2-3 working days. However, due to occasional errors, items get stuck in transit. Please, make sure your delivery address on Discogs changed before placing the order. Otherwise, it will be dispatched to the wrong address causing delays. Considering human factor and carrier system errors, the waiting time standard is 10 working days. If you don't get your order by the expected deadline, contact us and we will investigate it with the delivery company. We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 10 working days have passed from the due delivery date. All claims must be submitted within 3 months of posting the item.

6. Usually, we respond to all messages placed on order page within 48 business hours. Bear in mind Saturday-Sunday doesn't count as business hours. Due to demand through the weekend, it could take slightly longer to reply to all messages submitted from Friday to Monday. However, it shouldn't take longer than 4 days (as recommended in 'How To Buy Music on Discogs' guidelines). Unless, we experienced technical issues with our sales management system, which works in sync with our Discogs account. If you don't get the respond within 4 business days, submit seller not responding claim through Discogs, please.

7. All our items are new, many sealed, but not all the articles supplied sealed by the manufacturer. However, to avoid sleeve damage we recommend to remove vinyl from a sleeve where it is needed. Especially, where the shrink wrap sealing is poor, which causes the record to move inside easily. As a result, The vinyl record tears off the art cover sleeve. Let us know while placing the order. Otherwise, it will be shipped unsealed, and we won't take responsibility if the record comes with tears in the sleeve. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

8. Many vinyl records of the same release are released in multiple versions, colours and countries. Most of them sealed, have same Cover, Barcode, Catalog No and don't have any identity labels, which makes impossible to identify the correct version, unless we unseal them. We always open the very first item we order from suppliers. Unfortunately, very often versions changed without any notifications from labels. To make sure we ship the version you are expecting, we recommend to contact us. Otherwise, if you received the wrong version, don't blame us. However, if you are not happy to keep it, we accept returns. Unfortunately, if the record shipped sealed it must return in the same condition and preferably in original postal packaging. Alternatively, read our Return Policy below. All claims must be submitted within 3 months of posting the item.

11. We update our inventory on Discogs regularly. However, we are selling through personal web store including few other sales channels, and some items might be gone slightly earlier than you placed the order through Discogs and the system had not enough time to remove the item from Discogs. If the items are available, we always reserve them for you.

12. Your opinion is crucial to us. If you had a bad experience with us, let us know before placing the negative feedback, please. We are doing our best to deliver excellent service. Unfortunately, third-party human factor and technologies sometimes affect the quality of service. We are sure that most issues can be resolved to the satisfaction of both sides.

RETURN POLICY

All claims must be submitted within 3 months of posting the item.

Our returns policy is simple! Our "28 days return" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 28 days after submitting claim for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. All claims must be submitted within 3 months of posting the item.

We always check that items are in perfect condition before they are sent out but, in the unlikely event that goods are genuinely faulty, we will be happy to exchange them free of charge, or to give you a full refund after you ship it back to us. Once your order leaves our building it is in the hands of the carrier to complete with appropriate care your delivery, and, sadly, this is beyond our control. If your item got damaged during the transit don't blame on us, we are only victims of unprofessional courier service. We use the best packaging available and ship more than 12000 international orders per year and had 0.0009% complain about damaged items. We recommend arranging a complaint with your local mail sorting office. As it might help to improve the postal service to your address in the future. In the meantime, send us the photos of the damaged item(s) to info@discohunters.com including Discogs shop name followed by your order number.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, you received the wrong title/item or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us if a receipt for these expenses is included in the parcel or emailed to info@discohunters.com. Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products that are damaged or defective or become defective within 7 days of receipt, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing within Discogs Order page within 2 working days of delivery of the products, and you return the products in the same condition that you received them; If you are returning the vinyl record we recommend to use the same package we shipped the record.

Our mistake: If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before we despatch the order, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the expense of the outgoing postage and pack on those individual items, once you send them back to us;

Your mistake: If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it, and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items, but you will have to pay the postage and packing charge again;

HOW TO PROCESS THE RETURN

* If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition due to poor packaging then we may have to send it back to you without a refund.

Please, include parcel dimension, weight and your email address while claiming the issue and we will send you the return label upon the confirmation. However, the best way to claim the return label is sending an email with final parcel dimensions and weight to info@discohunters.com (make sure you add Discogs Order ID to the subject).
